For over 20 years, Teneal has been a trusted advisor and strategic global HR partner to C-suite leaders and global executives across diverse regions, cultures, and functions. Her background includes senior HR leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Western Governors University where she delivered exceptional business results, large-scale transformations, and high-performing teams. While at P&G, she spent 2.5 years in Singapore as head of diversity & inclusion for Asia.

She has a proven track record for building organizations for efficiency and scale, especially within rapidly changing business environments. She has designed and delivered multiple training programs to address organizational issues and provide solutions for growing talent and leadership. She is known for her authentic leadership, innovative insights, business acumen, and quick wit.

Teneal has a profound passion for one-on-one coaching and is eager to leverage her deep corporate experience and comprehensive understanding of leadership dynamics to enable her clients’ success. During coaching sessions, clients can expect to have a safe and confidential space to process ideas, be thoughtfully challenged, and feel completely supported. Teneal has the ability to balance innovative thinking with practical application to create a clear path forward, while infusing conversations with positivity and energy.

Teneal holds a Masters in Organizational Behavior and is a Certified Professional Coach, CareerCOACH(TM) Certified, Resilience Trainer (UPenn), ProSci Change Manager, trained in Effective Stress Management, and holds certifications in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, DISC®, and Twelve Driving Forces®.
