While at P&G, she spent 2.5 years in Singapore as head of diversity & inclusion for Asia.

She has a proven track record for building organizations for efficiency and scale, especially within rapidly changing business environments. She has designed and delivered multiple training programs to address organizational issues and provide solutions for growing talent and leadership.
