I bring more than a decade of Fortune 100 experience at Procter & Gamble, five years of HR leadership experience at Western Governors University, and experience working with leaders across a variety of organizations and industries.
My career has taken me across manufacturing, corporate, higher education, and healthcare; across multiple states and countries; and into in-person, hybrid, and remote workplaces. I’ve worked alongside leaders in engineering, technology, upstream innovation, marketing, finance, HR, operations, healthcare, faculty, and academic administration.
Those contexts and the people in them can look very different. But that breadth of experience has reinforced something I believe deeply:
